Melody and Luis are amazing! They understand life happens and are very kind and sympathetic. As long as you keep your payment arrangement and are honest with them they work with you to get your account up to date! I highly recommend this place. They are great!

They were amazing. The property manger was a complete doll. I had a reservation that was expiring and she called me to see if I was still interested. When I told her I was she asked if I wanted to come in later that day. I told her I had only 10 minutes to spare . She told me that she can get me in and out in that time.Not only did she keep her word ,she helped me in figuring out which unit to choose, and saved me money. She personally secured the sale.
The agent that helped me is named Melodie. She is fantastic. Upon entering the facility she greeted me in a way that made me feel warm and welcome. Her knowledge of the workings of this facility and operating procedures was well explained and detailed. I appreciate people like Melodie she is the epitome of great customer service.
So after seeing this storage that I been going by for about 2 yrs I finally went in and asked for a storage room. Guess what the staff was soon nice they walked me through the building showed me the exits and the storage room and gave me even cheap price first month that's awesome!!!! I advice anyone to come in you'll be satisfy. Thank you SIMPLY SELF STORAGE!!!!
